I’m Matt; an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Health Coach, dad of three, and founder of the Movement Matt + Matt Builds Prosperity brands.
This past decade I’ve coached people through injury, illness, and “I’ve lost myself a bit” seasons of life, blending clinical skills with empathy.
My mission is to help busy parents, working professionals, and older adults who want guidance without the ego, shame, or confusion to build real health in a way that’s sustainable, empowering, and aligned with the life they actually live.
